Good Teams LLC, doing business as Ramp Local ("Ramp Local," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit theramplocal.com (the "Site"), request information, book a call, purchase or receive services, or otherwise interact with us.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to information Ramp Local controls through the Site and our business communications. It does not govern a client's data or systems that we process solely on the client's behalf; those activities are governed by the applicable client agreement and, when appropriate, a data-processing addendum. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy practices.

2. Personal Information We Collect

Information you provide. We may collect your name, business email, telephone number, company or organization, industry, appointment details, messages, survey or diagnostic responses, documents you choose to provide, billing and transaction information, and other information needed to evaluate or perform an engagement. Payment-card information, if requested, is processed by our payment provider and is not intended to be stored directly by Ramp Local.

Information collected automatically. We and our providers may collect IP address, approximate location, device and browser information, identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, interactions, and dates and times of visits using cookies, pixels, server logs, and similar technologies.

Information from other sources. We may receive business contact information from referrals, publicly available business sources, advertising platforms, integration partners, and service providers, where permitted by law.

3. How We Use Information

• Respond to inquiries, confirm appointments, and provide requested information;
• Evaluate fit, prepare proposals, conduct diagnostics, and deliver contracted services;
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site and our services;
• Maintain business, tax, security, and compliance records;
• Measure Site use and advertising performance and understand which campaigns generate inquiries;
• Send service-related communications and, where permitted, relevant marketing communications;
• Protect our rights, prevent fraud or misuse, and comply with law.

4. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

We use Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and Jetpack/Automattic analytics. These services may use cookies or similar technologies to measure traffic, conversions, and advertising performance. When you submit a form, Meta may receive hashed contact identifiers, an event identifier, IP address, browser information, and the page associated with the event to help measure an inquiry and deduplicate browser and server events.

You can limit cookies through your browser or device settings and use industry or platform advertising controls. Blocking cookies may affect some Site functions. Where applicable law requires consent or an opt-out mechanism, we will apply those requirements. Browser privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control, may have legal effect where recognized; our technical response to such signals should be confirmed during counsel and implementation review.

5. When We Disclose Information

We may disclose information to vendors that help us host and operate the Site, manage contacts and appointments, send communications, process payments, analyze traffic, measure advertising, provide professional advice, and deliver services. Current categories include Automattic/WordPress.com, Google, Meta, HighLevel/LeadConnector, email and calendar providers, and contractors working under appropriate obligations. We may also disclose information during a business transaction, to protect rights or safety, with your direction or consent, or when required by law.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define the use of advertising pixels or disclosures for cross-context behavioral advertising as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. If such a law applies to Ramp Local and your information, you may request to opt out by emailing us with the subject "Privacy Opt-Out." We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16.

6. Communications

If you submit an inquiry or book a call, we may contact you by email or telephone about that request and send appointment confirmations or reminders. Providing a telephone number is not a condition of purchasing services. We do not treat an inquiry as consent to unrelated automated marketing texts. If we later offer SMS marketing, we will obtain any consent required by law and provide reasonable opt-out instructions. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message or by contacting us; service and transaction messages may still be sent when necessary.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for the period reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to respond to an inquiry, perform an engagement, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention varies by the information and relationship. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to backups and lawful retention requirements.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. No Internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send passwords, financial-account numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive information through the general contact form.

9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies to Ramp Local, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information; to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a decision. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a right. Email a request to the address below with the subject "Privacy Request." We may verify your identity and authority before responding, and legal exceptions may apply. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, subject to verification.

10. United States Operations and International Visitors

Ramp Local operates in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. If we intentionally offer services in a jurisdiction requiring additional notices or transfer safeguards, we will address those requirements as applicable.

11. Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are directed to businesses and organizations, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. Material changes may receive additional notice when appropriate.
